This policy applies to all orders within Canada.  By completing the purchase, you agree to the following terms

The store offers shipping services within Canada.

1. Order processing

The order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Working days:  Monday to Saturday

Orders are processed according to the time of receipt.

2. Delivery Costs

Standard delivery fees $5, and express delivery fees 20$

These rates apply worldwide, regardless of your country of residence.

Free shipping is offered on all orders of $100 or more.
No additional fees will be charged: you will only pay the price of your products and the fees displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Methods

Free Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday), depending on your location.

Express Delivery: Expedited delivery within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) for certain destinations, depending on availability.

4. Total delivery time

Estimated delivery time based on customer locations
All destinations: 4-9 business days

5. Order cut off TIme

5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)

6. Shipping companies

Shipping is done via approved shipping companies within Canada.

The customer is provided with a shipment tracking number after the order is sent.

7. Shipping address

The customer must enter a correct and accurate shipping address.

The address can be changed before the order is shipped.

After the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

8. Cancel the order

The order can be cancelled before it is shipped.

After shipment, the approved return policy applies.

9. Damaged orders

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt to take the necessary action.

10. General Notes

Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the store's control, such as delays by shipping companies.
